We are Bizcar, an online vehicle finance broker who work with a panel of lenders, trying to obtain you the best finance acceptance for your circumstance. We act as a broker, not a lender.

Why do we collect and use your personal information?

We collect and use your personal information in order for us to provide you with our finance service. For a consumer both submitting an application to us directly or submitting an application via an approved car dealership, we want you to fully understand how your information is going to be used, and ensure we have your consent to so. Our team is on hand to answer any questions as to how your information will be stored and used. With your consent, we will use your information to send to third parties, who will carry out a search on this information with credit reference agencies, and potentially fraud prevention agencies, with the purpose of obtaining you vehicle finance. No application will be processed without your documented consent.

What happens if I do not provide my personal information?

We may engage the services of professional advisers such as compliance consultants, lawyers and accountants who may be given access to your personal information in order to provide their services to us. We will ensure that your personal information is protected by obtaining a written undertaking of confidentiality from the professional service providers.

We need to make you aware that whilst we do not transport any of your data outside an EEA state, any of the above may.

How long will we store your personal information?

We will store your personal information for up to six years from ceasing to be our client. This is to enable us to refer to our records in the unlikely event that you want to lodge a complaint against us within six years.
